I help high-achieving women (yep, women like you) regulate their nervous systems—so you can stop living in fight-or-flight mode and start feeling calm, steady, and strong again.

Because when your nervous system is stuck on overdrive, it doesn’t matter how clean you eat or how many workouts you check off—you’ll still feel anxious, exhausted, snappy, and “off.” I’ve been there. And trust me, there’s a better way.

In my world, we slow things down so your body can actually heal. We tune into what it’s telling you—learning when to lift heavy, when to rest, and when it needs more fuel (yep, sometimes more food is the answer).

It’s about understanding why your energy crashes mid-morning, why some workouts leave you drained instead of strong, and why you keep snapping over the smallest things—then learning simple tools to reset your system and get back to calm.

I’ll help you connect the dots between breathwork, movement, nutrition, and your cycle—so you can finally sleep through the night, have steady energy, feel strong in your body, and keep your cool even when life gets chaotic.
